Payments Acceptance Policy
At Thirdeye, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers. Please read our Payments Acceptance Policy to understand the payment methods and terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, and Maestro cards are accepted.
- Net Banking: Available from all major Indian banks.
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
- Wallet Payments: Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Amazon Pay, etc.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select pin codes. A small handling fee may apply (if applicable).
- EMI Options: Easy Monthly Installments available for eligible credit card holders.
- International Payments: Accepted via international cards in INR only.
2. Secure Payment Gateway
- All transactions are processed securely in compliance with RBI and PCI DSS standards.
- We do not store any card details to ensure your privacy and security.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with your order details.
- If your payment fails but money is debited, it will be refunded within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Payment Issues

5. Terms for Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD must be paid in full upon delivery in cash or UPI (if available).
- COD not applicable on orders above ₹[Amount Limit] or on certain products.
6. Refunds for Payment Failures
- Refunds for failed payments will be processed within 7-10 business days.
7. Tax Invoicing
- All invoices include applicable taxes. GST invoices can be downloaded from your account or requested via email.
8. Fraud Prevention
- We may verify suspicious orders via phone or email to prevent fraud.
- Orders flagged as fraudulent will be cancelled and refunded post-verification.
