  • Remote and rural areas may have limited delivery options. Check availability by entering your pin code at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer, which will be communicated during purchase.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (location dependent).
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select locations at extra cost).
  • Timelines may vary due to distance, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹[amount].
  • Standard Shipping: ₹[amount] for orders below ₹[amount].
  • Express Delivery: ₹[amount], for expedited service.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts.
  • If delivery fails, the package is returned to our warehouse and reshipping fees may apply.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), please ensure someone is available to receive and pay.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order is damaged or has missing items:

  • Notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged package/items for verification.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after evaluation.

8. Undeliverable Packages

Orders may be marked undeliverable if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The recipient is unavailable during delivery.
  • The order is refused by the recipient.

The shipping fee is non-refundable for returned undeliverable orders.
